How do I book a China Eastern flight from Kuala Lumpur to Shanghai?

<< Where can i find the map for restaurants in Kuala Lumpur? What can we expect in Kuala Lumpur during the Ramadan season? >>I am looking to book a return flight from Kuala Lumpur to Shanghai. All the China Eastern websites seem to be down, or do not offer the options I am after. I think I may need to get in contact with an agent. Does anybody have any ideas of how to find an agent to help me out with this, or alternatively, has anybody experienced a similar thing?

I would have also recommended elong.net but if the CE website is down, maybe their reservation system is down too. If you find anything good on elong.net, print off your results with the fare and go see a travel agent, sometimes they can get you something for the same fare, with a very small mark-up, generally under 100CNY.
