What hotel reservation site offers the best rates for hotels in Kuala Lumpur?

hmmm..did you you mean by having booking with the best travel agent's website provider?..
well, if it yes, then i would always love to recommend to you to do your booking directly with the hotel itself rather paying 'extra hidden fees' with these so called cheap online hotel reservation websites.. mind you, if they promise they can give you the best damn cheap hotel's room rate..never ever believe those sweet words coz you might end up getting a lousy room even though you've booked for a 5 stars hotel..
some hotels have those unwanted lousy room with lousy view, maybe it is near to road and its will be noisy, some rooms are lousy due to their appearance and distance (far way from the reception area, restaurant or facilities) and these kind of rooms will be offered at a very low price.. so dont get cheated..
it is the best to confirm with your hotel and get the best possible rates or package.

try asiarooms.com or if you have time , you can try malaysian yellow page, under category of hotel, may check with the hotel directly , you may get cheaper rate.

It's hard to recommend one over the other [ in my opinion ], but hotels distribute directly through this site and you can pick up some bargains at the last minute :
For example i can see 5 star hotels starting from $45 , much less for 3 stars
