What are the local safety departments in Malaysia related to a restaurant/hotel?

<< What part of Malaysia can you go to on a daytrip from Singapore? What are the top 3 universities in Malaysia for biotech and pharmacy? >>I’m doing a report on the restaurant manager and safety but I cant seem to find any safety departments besides Deparment of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (DOSHA). Can anyone tell me what other departments there are in Malaysia related to the topic?
My common sense tells me you need a Fire safety cert, a food handling cleanliness and safety requirement plus an exit door to the restaurant. The rest find yourself.

Beside that, you need the certificate of fitness from Bomba whom are suppose to check all the equipment safety.
You also need the health certificate from hospital to confirm that the person in the kitchen is healthy without any sickness which are not fit for that position.
If you are selling liquor, you need a liquor license from local town council.

Feel free to email me, im a competent safety and health officer (green book holder) by DOSH but im not working for the govt, we have a group whre we can help you to escalate/justify the matter reffering to OSHA act and regulation.(Based in Penang) even if its against the govt. Or i can give you the contact number of the person. ( Osha act is applicable to restaurants)
BTW, are you referring Risk Assesment as your report (HIRARC)?
if you need any help or guide, you can enroll with NIOSH or visit this official site.
