I mean I need it for surfing at home.

cheapest? u can get free wi-fi @ hotspot location such as McD, Starbucks, sometimes mamak restaurant, Hotels, cafe…..

Buy a drink at (or sit outside) Starbux … its free.
Other places like selected KFC, McD, Nandos … there’re aLOT of places that offers free WIFI connection
